Staying true to its core mission of promoting wellbeing and mental health in the digital age, So Positive by Ananya Panday marks World Mental Health Day with the launch of ‘Dear Me’, a heartfelt initiative with Odd Giraffe that celebrates slowing down, reflecting, and reconnecting with yourself through the joy of junk journaling.
Curated and designed by Ananya herself, Dear Me brings to life the joy of junk journaling, a playful, anything-goes way to document life’s little moments. It’s about creating without rules, letting imagination flow, and finding beauty in imperfection. In a fast-paced and hyper-digital world, the Dear Me journaling kit encourages people to disconnect and carve out time for themselves.
Speaking about the launch, Ananya Panday said,
“Whoever knows me, knows my love for journaling. It’s something I’ve done since I was a kid. Even now, between shoots or travel, whenever I get a moment, I love capturing moments that are precious to me and revisiting them later. It reminds me to pause and appreciate the little things along the way. My journal is filled with pictures of my family, my dogs, my friends, and little moments that make me smile. With Dear Me, we wanted to create something that helps people experience that same sense of freedom and joy. World Mental Health Day felt like the perfect moment to share this little piece of positivity with everyone.”
The “Dear Me” Junk Journaling Kit includes a specially designed journal by Ananya, sticker sets, decorative scrapbook sheets, envelopes and notecards, stationery items, and a personalised note from Ananya herself.
As part of its social responsibility focus, a part of the proceeds from this initiative will be directed to The Rati Foundation, to support all the great work that they do with their online safety initiatives.
