Neetu Kapoor has purchased a new house in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex, according to sources in Hindustan Times. The condo, which is reportedly a four-bedroom luxury residence, is valued at Rs 17.4 crores. According to reports, the actress who made a comeback on the big screen with Jug Jugg Jeeyo last year has purchased a residence on the 17th level of the 19-story Sunteck Realty ultra-luxury development Signia Isle.
The actress paid a stamp duty of Rs. 1.04 crore, and the property was registered on May 10 according to the registration paperwork. The apartment complex, which has 3,387 square feet, has three parking spaces.
For those who are unaware, Alia Bhatt recently invested in real estate and purchased many residences in Bandra. The first property is 2,497 square feet in size and was purportedly purchased by Alia’s production company in Bandra West for Rs 37.80 crore. This new location is at Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited in Pali Hill, according to a news source. The selling agreement is recorded for April 10, 2023, and it is also alleged that she paid stamp duty in the amount of Rs 2.26 crore. In addition, it is rumored that Alia gave Shaheen Bhatt two flats valued at Rs 7.68 crore. These apartments are in the Juhu neighborhood’s Gigi Apartment.
