How is the movie, Alone?

Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover starrer Alone released in 2015 is an Indian horror thriller film, directed by Bhushan Patel. The movie is a remake of the same-named Thai film from 2007, which was based on the Tales from the Crypt episode ‘My Brother’s Keeper.’

According to Box Office India, Alone had the best opening weekend of the four major releases, with 50 percent occupancy nationally and full houses at some single screens. Alone’s business of Rs 140 million and minimal budget, according to Daily News and Analysis, provided for a strong financial return. According to Filmfare, the film had a successful opening weekend, grossing $146.5 million.

Ankit Tiwari, Mithoon, Raghav Sachar, and Jeet Gannguli wrote the music. There are four tracks on the album. The song ‘Touch My Body’ was inspired by Dr.song Zeus’s ‘Don’t Be Shy’ from Rouge’s album ‘Rouge,’ with lyrics written by Lola Olafis, and was replicated for the second rendition in Sachin-Bala Jigar’s (2019), with vocals by Badshah, Shalmali Kholgade, and Gurdeep Mehendi.

A pair of conjoined twins swear to always be together; strange circumstances cause one to die while the other survives; the spirit of the deceased returns to harass the surviving sister.
