Tomorrow marks the two year anniversary of Tahir Raj Bhasin’s film Looop Lapeta. Looop Lapeta is directed by Aakash Bhatia and stars the incredibly talented Tahir Raj Bhasin and Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles. The film with its gripping storyline, stellar performances, and innovative filmmaking captivated its audiences worldwide.
Reflecting on the journey and success of the film, Tahir Raj Bhasin mentioned, “Portraying the lead role in an Indian adaptation of a cult classic will always remain special. Looop Lapeta was a ride of a lifetime , and a step into a quirky comic world that was unlike anything I had explored previously. I have always portrayed alpha male characters but , Satya, my character in Looop Lapeta was a lighthearted burst of energy who was vulnerably flawed and wore his heart on his sleeve.”
