The Delhi High Court has ordered the removal of leaked excerpts of Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan

The Delhi High Court ordered social media networks to cease disseminating the stolen material from Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan on Tuesday.

After Pathaan’s enormous success, superstar Shah Rukh Khan is preparing to appear in Jawan. One of the most eagerly awaited films of 2023 is directed by Atlee. Several films that were released online show the actor recently filming for a movie in Mumbai. Everyone was quite enthused about the released videos.

On the other hand, the Delhi High Court ordered social media companies to cease disseminating the hacked Jawan information on Tuesday.

The production company controlled by Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, Red Chillies Entertainment Private Limited, has filed a lawsuit for copyright infringement. On April 25, Justice C. Hari Shankar issued an injunction directing websites including YouTube, Google, Twitter, and Reddit to remove the popular Jawan videos. The court further ordered the Internet service providers to prevent users from accessing websites that show or permit downloads of Jawan’s protected work.

Two Jawan video segments, according to Shah Rukh’s production firm, were posted online. The Pathaan actor was seen filming a fight scene in the first video, while Nayanthara was seen dancing with him in the second. A section of the lawsuit, according to Bar And Bench, claimed that the film had suffered harm and loss as a result of the stolen tapes’ blatant violations of copyright and intellectual property rights. In addition, it claimed that the stolen video snippets reveal the soundtrack and the actors’ appearances, both of which are usually revealed at key moments as part of a movie’s well-planned marketing campaign.

Atlee and Shah Rukh have joined forces for the first time. When the initial glimpse was revealed last year, audience interest increased doubled. Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, and Sunil Grover are also included in the movie. Deepika Padukone will reportedly make a surprise appearance as well. On June 2, the movie is scheduled to open in cinemas.
