Legendary singer Bappi Lahiri‘s sudden demise has left everyone heartbroken. He passes away on Tuesday night of February 15, 2022. He was suffering from multiple illnesses. The news of his death broke on Wednesday morning and has left everyone shocked. His loved ones, fans, and followers are remembering the iconic singer in their own way. Vindu Dara Singh also remembered the late music composer and singer.
Vindu shared an unseen snippet of him with Bappi Da and his wife Chitrani Lahiri. In the video, the singer and music composer can be heard singing Zamana toh hai naukar, biwi ka.
Remembering Bappi Da, Vindu Dara Singh said, “He was a magnificent guy. We have seen him grow from the start of his career till his peak. And he always stayed humble and wonderful.”
Earlier today, Bappi Lahiri’s family issued an official statement regarding his demise and last rites. In the statement, it was mentioned that his last rites will take place on Thursday. “It’s a deeply sad moment for us. Our beloved Bappi Da has left for heavenly abode last midnight. The cremation will take on the arrival of Bappa From LA tomorrow mid-morning. We are seeking love and blessings for his soul. We will keep you updated.”
Meanwhile, Bappa Lahiri is survived by his wife, Chitrani Lahiri, and two children son, Bappa Lahiri, and his daughter Reema Lahiri.
