Telugu actor Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas will play the lead role in the biopic of Tiger Nageswara Rao. The title of the File is ‘Stuartpuram Donga’.
In the 1970s, Nageswara Rao was a notorious and courageous thief of Stuartpuram.
Through this film, the life and times of Nageswara Rao will come alive on the big screen. He was known for his smart way of escape from police and prison too.
The escape from the jail in Chennai is one of his exploits, after which he got the nickname ‘Tiger’. Nageswara Rao was shot dead by the police in 1987.
According to the production team, the film has a strong script. It includes the right proportions of all the required commercial ingredients.
The writers for the film are Vennelakanti Brothers.
Stuartpuram Donga’ will be directed by KS and produced by Bellamkonda Suresh.
Currently, the Telugu actor Bellamkonda is busy shooting his Bollywood debut. He is working for a Hindi remake of the Telugu film ‘Chatrapathi.
VV Vinayak has directed this film. The shooting of the film is taking place in Hyderabad.
