Bollywood actress Payal Rohatgi often makes headlines due to her controversial statements. She has been accused of allegedly using derogatory words against Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi in a video shared on social media.
A case has been registered against Payal Rohatgi under section 153 (A), 500. Payal is accused of making objectionable remarks about Mahatma Gandhi, the country’s first Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru and the Congress family by sharing a video on social media.
Let us inform you that Pune District Congress General Secretary Sangeeta Tiwari has complained against Payal Rohatgi at Shivajinagar police station.
The police have also filed a complaint against Payal as well as another accused of making the video. It said that Payal made a derogatory video against Mahatma Gandhi, former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi and their family and made it viral on social media.
