Earlier, the bail plea of Raj Kundra has been rejected by the Magistrate Court. The sessions court has deferred the hearing on Raj Kundra’s bail plea twice recently. On the other hand, Raj Kundra and Ryan Tharp had filed a petition for immediate release in the Bombay High Court, calling their arrest illegal. This petition was also rejected by the Bombay High Court.
