The team of upcoming Tamil film Navarasa has made all preparations to host a virtual musical event – Symphony of Emotions.
The event is based on the theme of the nine feelings or “Navrassa”. India’s finest musicians have expressed these nine different expressions of anger, compassion, courage, hatred, fear, laughter, love, peace and wonder.
In this music festival, the artists of flute art Naveen Kumar, Abhishek Kumar, K.C. Loy, Vivek Rajagopalan, Piyush Rajani and The Fine Tuners, Mahesh Raghavan, Nandini Shankar, Sasha Tirupati, Ananth R Krishnan, Ricky Cage, Kunal Naik were present.
The event was initiated by a 50-member voice singing performance led by veteran AR Rahman.
This is an initiative to bring the Tamil film industry together. The film is directed by renowned filmmakers Mani Ratnam and Jayendra Panchapakesan.
Anchor Dhivyadarshini addressed the Symphony of Emotions event. Dhivyadarshini supported the creators who participated in the event. Also thanked the fans present there.
The objective of this event is to collect grants for musicians who earn their living by performing film music on stage. But their livelihood was affected due to Kovid-19.
Filmmaker Mani Ratnam while addressing the virtual crowd said that he is grateful to everyone who attended the event. We are proud of all the talent working in the film.
Navrassa will be released on Netflix on 6 August.
