On August 30, 2019, the Pan India film Saaho was released. Sujeeth Reddy wrote and directed the film, which stars Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles. Sujeeth’s film was released on over 6500 screens in India and 8000 screens internationally. Audiences reacted enthusiastically to Sahoo. On its opening day, Prabhas much-anticipated film grossed a total of 88.98 crores. The Hindi version took in 24.38 crores, while the Tamil version took in 3.19 crores. On the first day of release, the picture grossed $60.41 million.
The film grossed roughly 265.78 crores in its first week. After a strong start with a good ticket window, the film collection rapidly shrinks. Saaho holds the record for the highest-grossing Indian film worldwide. Despite unfavorable reviews from reviewers, Saaho is said to have grossed roughly 451.49 crores globally. Distributors expected Saaho to do well at the box office, but it appears that Saaho has underperformed.
