Nupur Mehta is an Indian actress who was born in a well-to-do family in Delhi on September 21, 1980. She is 41 now. She attended Rk Puram Public School in Delhi and finished with a degree in English literature. At the age of 17, she moved to Milan, Italy, to pursue modeling after winning the Miss Delhi contest. She returned to India in 2003 to win Miss India and then opted to pursue a career as a Bollywood actress.
Aabra ka daabra had Nupur in the lead role. She starred alongside Mika Singh in the Punjabi film Dunali and in the film Meet the Patels. Vinashkaal, her most recent film, was released on November 27, 2020. Nupur has also appeared in television commercials for Fanta and Pirelli, as well as a Fiat calendar. The June 2001 issue of Sportswear International featured her on the cover.
After winning a model hunt contest, she was picked to appear on the cover of His Monsoon Bride, one of India’s first Mills & Boon romances written by Astha Atray. Based on claims that the ICC World Cup 2011 semi-final between India and Pakistan was manipulated, a newspaper conducted a sting operation on a Delhi-based bookie. It’s been suggested that a Bollywood actress was hired to entice cricketers. Nupur Mehta was interrogated by ICC anti-corruption officer Alan Peacock in Mumbai on June 11, 2012.
