The Haryana Police had her arrested. In the midst of the scandal, her husband, Prince Narula, has backed her. During an interview with the press in Mumbai, Prince stated that he and his wife do not believe in castes.
According to the Station House Officer of Hansi city police station, the Haryana Police issued an FIR (First Information Report) against Yuvika Choudhary on May 28 under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Rajat Kalsan, a Dalit rights activist, claimed in his complaint that in the video, the actress made rude and unacceptable remarks towards the Scheduled Caste community. He gave the cops a copy of the document. According to the police, a complaint was filed with Hansi Superintendent of Police Nikita Ahlawat on May 26. An FIR was filed against Yuvika Chaudhary at Hansi city police station following a formal inquiry by the cyber cell.
Prince Narula, Yuvika Choudhary’s husband, was seen getting dressed in a video that Yuvika Choudhary shot with him. Yuvika used a casteist slur to describe how horrible she looked, which did not go down well with social media users. Netizens began tweeting #ArrestYuvikaChoudhary shortly after the video went viral. Yuvika later apologized to her admirers on social media, explaining that she had no idea what the phrase meant and had used it nevertheless. She claimed that she didn’t mean to hurt anyone and hoped that her admirers would understand.
