Which is Chris Tucker’s most famous movie?

Christopher Tucker popularly known as Chris Tucker is an American comedian and actor, born on August 31, 1971. Tucker made his stand-up debut on HBO’s Def Comedy Jam in the 1990s, and he was a regular on the show for the rest of the decade.

Rush Hour is a buddy-action comedy movie directed by Brett Ratner and written by Jim Kouf and Ross LaManna based on a narrative by LaManna that was released in 1998. Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker feature as mismatched cops tasked with rescuing a Chinese diplomat’s kidnapped daughter. Tzi Ma, Tom Wilkinson, Ken Leung, Mark Rolston, Elizabeth Pea, and Rex Linn are portrayed in supporting roles. The film grossed about $244 million worldwide after its release on September 18, 1998. Due to the film’s box office success, it was followed by two sequels: Rush Hour 2 (2001) and Rush Hour 3 (2007).

On the last day of British sovereignty in Hong Kong, in 1997, Hong Kong Police Force Detective Inspector Lee leads a raid at the waterfront in the hopes of apprehending the unnamed, faceless criminal lord Juntao. Only Sang, Juntao’s right-hand guy, is found, and he flees in a boat.

Lee retrieves various Chinese cultural relics stolen by Juntao and presents them to his departing commanders, Chinese consul Solon Han and British commander Thomas Griffin, as a farewell victory gift. Rush Hour debuted at No. 1 at the North American box office in September 1998, grossing $33 million over the weekend. Rush Hour earned approximately $140 million in the United States and $103 million in the rest of the world, totaling over $244 million worldwide.
