House of Gucci is a 2021 Hollywood factual crime drama movie directed by Ridley Scott, based on the 2001 book ‘The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour, and Greed by Sara Gay Forden. Before Scott and Gaga became formally affiliated in November 2019, the project sat dormant for several years, with a number of directors and speculated actors being considered. The rest of the cast joined the next summer, and production began in Italy in February 2021, running until May 2021.
