Nikhil Dwivedi is an Indian actor and producer who was born on November 25, 1978. He made his Bollywood debut in the film My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves (2008), which also starred Amrita Rao and Mithun Chakraborty and earned him a nomination for the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut. Then he starred alongside Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai, and Chiyaan Vikram in Mani Ratnam’s Raavan (2010). He went on to feature in films such as Shor in the City (2011), Hate Story (2012), and Tamanchey (2014).
He co-produced his first film Veere Di Wedding in 2018 with Ekta Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Rhea Kapoor, and Shobha Kapoor. It was trailed by Dabangg 3 (2019) which was co-produced by Salman Khan. In 2019, he also produced Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran, a Colors TV television series starring Rajneesh Duggal and Shiny Doshi.
After a six-year break, he returned to acting in the Sony LIV original series Scam 1992, directed by Hansal Mehta, in 2020. Nikhil Dwivedi grew up in a middle-class Kanpur household. Before moving on to work for a consumer electronics store, he worked for American Express Bank. In early 2011, Dwivedi married model and actress Gaurie Pandit in an intimate wedding and are parents to a boy, Shivaan.
