For better or worse, many people are concerned about their height. Humans have worried about their height for as long as they’ve been able to measure it — and possibly even longer — so it’s perhaps not surprising that celebrity heights are all the rage in today’s identity-focused pop media climate. Brad Garrett, 61, is one of the tallest well-known actors in movies or television, standing at a towering six foot and eight inches tall! Perhaps best known for his years-long stint on the hit sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond, standing at a towering six foot and eight inches tall! Garrett has had a diverse entertainment career that extends far beyond cinema and television, but we’re sure that many actors and directors had to account for his height during his time on set. In the early 1980s, Garrett made a name for himself as a stand-up comedian. Garrett began acting in television and movies in modest and guest roles as a result of his fame in the late 1980s. Robert Barone on the CBS comedy Everybody Loves Raymond was his first major role.
The show premiered on September 13, 1996, and lasted nine seasons. In 2002, he was nominated for an Emmy and received critical acclaim for his portrayal of Jackie Gleason in the tv movie Gleason. Hood vs. Evil (2011), The Incredible Burt Wonderstone (2013), Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows (2016), and Christopher Robin (2018) are just a few of Garrett’s movie roles.
From 2006 through 2010, Garrett also starred as Eddie Stark in the Fox sitcom ‘Til Death.’ He starred in the ABC series Single Parents from 2018 until 2020. Brad also collaborated with David E. Kelley and Dean Lorey on Disney+’s Big Shot in 2021. He is well recognized for his role as the Big Dog in the animated series Two Stupid Dogs. Garrett has been nominated for three Primetime Emmy Awards and has won three of them. He continues to perform stand-up comedy and is a professional poker player.
