Terrorists kidnap a US Secret Service special agent and hold him captive in the trunk of a car to gain knowledge about the US president’s secret bunker. On March 23, 2012, it was released.
Jeremy Reins, a Special Agent with the United States Secret Service assigned to the presidential detail, is drugged, kidnapped, and held imprisoned in a glass box in the dark trunk of a car. Jeremy initially believes it is a hoax perpetrated by those to whom he owes money for gambling debts, but he soon discovers that the truth is far more serious.
As terrorists attempt to extract information from Jeremy, he begins to suffer mental and physical abuse. The location of the secret bunkers known as “Roulette,” which are used by the president and vice president during a national emergency, is needed.
Henry, another prisoner who is also imprisoned in the trunk of a car, is Jeremy’s lone contact; both captives have timers in the trunk that count down. The terrorists have put old radios in the trunk so that they can communicate with their hostages and Jeremy and Henry can communicate with each other.
The entire incident was revealed to be a set-up to see if Jeremy would crack or not. Everyone he saw or spoke with is there, as are their radios, which they utilized to perform their roles. Jeremy passes out from his injuries and is taken to the hospital with Molly in an ambulance. He chuckles when he views the Washington monument through the window on his approach to the hospital. When Molly notices this, she glances out the window and wonders if the monument is the place, but Jeremy dismisses her question as insignificant and proposes to her.
Jeremy smiles and asks her to marry him again when she says they are already married. Molly binds him to the gurney and pulls a wire from her shirt as they kiss. Molly and Henry are notified over the radio that they have the location now that they have duped Jeremy into a false sense of security and that Jeremy is to be assassinated, revealing themselves to be with the terrorists. The film fades to black as Molly clutches a gas-filled mask over Jeremy’s face.
