63-year-old veteran actor Anupam Shyam, who played his best roles in many shows and films, passed away late Sunday night. He died due to organ failure.
Actor Anupam gained a lot of popularity from his role in the show “Mann Ki Pratigya 2”, Thakur Sajjan Singh.
The actor was battling with many health-related problems for a long time. He was also on dialysis.
Actor Manoj Joshi confirmed the news via a tweet.
Manoj Joshi said that he is deeply saddened by his friend’s demise and very talented actor Anupam Shyam Ji.
Manoj has expressed his deepest condolences to his family and friends.
Others from the TV industry also expressed grief over the news and showed condolences on their social media.
Actor Anupam Shyam was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit in 2020. There he started his dialysis.
Cine and TV Artists Associated (CINTAA) had appealed for financial help for the actor’s treatment.
Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh had announced an assistance of Rs 20 lakh for the actor’s treatment.
Also, actor Sonu Sood extended a helping hand.
The whole entertainment world is deeply saddened by the loss of a great artist like Anupam Shyam Ji.
