In a thrilling twist, Akshay Kumar is set to portray a cold-blooded killer in Haiwaan, Priyadarshan’s upcoming crime thriller. The film, a remake of the Malayalam hit Oppam, will see Saif Ali Khan take on the role of a blind man locked in a deadly cat-and-mouse game.
The project goes on floors on August 23 in Cochin, with a theatrical release slated for 2026. This marks a dark turn for Akshay, reuniting with Priyadarshan after years.
