In a significant development, music maestro AR Rahman and production house Madras Talkies have faced a setback in a copyright infringement suit concerning the popular song Veera Raja Veera. The Delhi High Court, while hearing the matter, directed Rahman and Madras Talkies to deposit ₹2 crore with the Court Registry during the pendency of the case.
