Today, March 1 marks the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri. This day signifies the win of good over evil. On this occasion, Bollywood celebrities took to their social media handles to extend warm wishes to their fans and followers.
Actress and politician Hema Malini tweeted, “Wish all of you a blessed Maha Shivratri. This annual festival is celebrated with great fervor by all the devout seeking blessings of Lord Shiva, some of whom even observe a total ‘nirjal’ fast which is broken only the next day at an auspicious hour.”
Ajay Devgn shared a motion picture of Lord Shiva and simply wrote, “Om Namah Shivay.”
Mouni Roy shared a bunch of pictures of herself on her Instagram handle, celebrating the special day and captioned them, “करपूर गौरम करूणावतारम संसार सारम भुजगेन्द्र हारम | सदा वसंतम हृदयारविंदे भवम भवानी सहितं नमामि || आप सभी को महाशिवरात्री की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएँ. #myoneandonly.”
