After the success of the comedy show ‘LOL: Hasee Toh Phasee’, the Tamil version of the show will come soon to the digital platform. It is an unscripted show.
In this show, the audience will witness the scintillating performance of actor and comedian Vivek.
It is a matter of happiness for the fans of Vivek that they will get a chance to see Vivek on screen for the last time, who has made a splash in South Indian film with his comedy.
Vivek expired on 17 April 2021 due to cardiac arrest. The show was shot before his death.
Actors Vivek and Siva will host the show LOL Tamil: Enga Siri Paappom.
Ten comedians will be pitted against each other under one roof in this show. These artists include Maya S Krishnan, Abhishek Kumar, Premagi Amren, Harathi Ganesh, RJ Vignesh Kanth, Sathish, Pugaz, Powerstar Srinivasan, Baggi (Bhargav Ramakrishnan) and Shyama Harini.

Amazon Prime Video India’s Head of India Originals Aparna Purohit gave tribute to Vivek and said that ‘the show is a special tribute to Vivek and his fans. He will always be alive in the hearts and memories of his fans.
Well-known RJ, actor and co-host of the show, Shiva said that ‘LoL- Enga Siri Pappom’ is very close to his heart.
Shiva considers himself lucky as he got a chance to work with the veteran actor and his favourite entertainer Vivek for the last time.
Ten contestants present in the show will compete against each other for six consecutive hours with two objectives.
They will aim to make the other artists in the house laugh and ensure that they don’t laugh themselves. If any artist laughs, then that person will be out of the competition.
The last person who survives will get the title and win a cash prize of Rs.25 lakh.
There are six episodes in this show. The show will stream on Amazon Prime Video on 27 August.
