It sees the return of two recurrent characters: Q, played by Ben Whishaw, and Miss Moneypenny, played by Naomie Harris, after a two-film break.

Spectre, the next installment in the series, was released in North America in November 2015, with Craig repeating his role, Sony Pictures distributing it, and Mendes directing it.
