Khaali Peeli is a Hindi-language masala movie starring Ishaan Khatter, Ananya Panday, and Jaideep Ahlawat that will be released in 2020. Maqbool Khan directs Khaali Peeli, which is produced by Ali Abbas Zafar, Zee Studios, and Offside Entertainment. Yash Keswani and Sima Agarwal collaborated on the script.
Principal production began on September 11, 2019, and the film will be completed in March 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the film’s initial release date of June 12, 2020, has been postponed. On October 2, 2020, Khaali Peeli will be published digitally on Zee Plex using a pay-per-view model.
The story takes place in 2007 and revolves around two childhood sweethearts, Pooja and Blackie, who were separated when they were children owing to a variety of events. Pooja, who is now a prostitute, plans to flee the brothel with a bag full of stolen money when she turns 18. Blackie, who is now a very ‘chalu’ Mumbai taxi driver, runs into her. In exchange for a large sum of money, he agrees to ‘drive’ her to freedom. This sets off a sequence of chases and escapes, with the goons pursuing Pooja and the cops pursuing the goons.
Vishal–Shekhar composed the film’s music, while Kumaar and Raj Shekhar wrote the lyrics.
