What was the story of the film Tango Charlie?

Tango Charlie is a 2005 Hindi-language war film written and directed by Mani Shankar, with T. Surendra Reddy’s photography. Ajay Devgn, Bobby Deol, Sanjay Dutt, Sunil Shetty, Tanisha, Nandana Sen, and Sudesh Berry appear in the film.

Tarun Chauhan’s (Bobby Deol) path from teenage border guard recruit to the war-hardened fighter in the Indian Border Security Force is chronicled in this film. The film explores the premise that genuine soldiers are produced rather than born. The release of this film was prohibited in Assam due to allegations that it defamed the Bodo people of Northeast India.

The story involves an Indian Border Security Force trooper named Tarun Chauhan (Bobby Deol) who arrives in Manipur with the 101st BSF Battalion. The woods are teeming with Bodo insurgents. He was trapped in a trap and hanged upside down while trekking through the jungle looking for his unit leader.

In the Kashmir valley, two Indian Air Force helicopter pilots (Squadron Leader Vikram Rathore and Flight Lieutenant Shezad Khan, respectively, played by Sanjay Dutt and Sunil Shetty) uncover a big pile of dead rebels and an Indian trooper who appears to be dead. After reading his diaries, they discover that he is still alive and learn who he is.
