The much-anticipated Bollywood action spectacle War 2 has hit a temporary roadblock as
Hrithik Roshan has suffered a leg injury. Fans were eagerly awaiting the high-energy dance-off between Hrithik and Jr NTR, a major highlight of the film. However, due to Hrithik’s injury, the filming of this grand sequence has now been postponed until May 2025.
Hrithik was spotted at the funeral of Ayan Mukerji veteran actor father Deb Mukherjee ‘s last rites. Hrithik has been using support to walk and has been recommended bed rest for another 20 odd days before he starts Physiotherapy.
Directed by Ayan Mukerji and produced under the Yash Raj Films banner, War 2 is an integral part of the YRF Spy Universe.
Sources close to the production confirm that Hrithik is prioritizing his recovery to ensure he delivers his signature effortless moves when filming resumes.
