Escape Plan is a 2013 Hollywood prison action thriller movie featuring Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger, with Jim Caviezel, 50 Cent, Vinnie Jones, Vincent D’Onofrio, and Amy Ryan in supporting roles. It was written by Miles Chapman and Jason Keller and filmed by Swedish filmmaker Mikael Hfström.

On The Matthew Aaron Show, producer Mark Canton stated that Jim Caviezel had come on to portray prison warden Hobbes in the movie. Drake, the brutal jail officer, will be played by British actor Vinnie Jones.

It was started in February 2017 that a sequel was in the works, with Sylvester Stallone confirmed to reprise his role as Ray Breslin. Steven C. Miller will helm the film, with Miles Chapman returning as a screenwriter, according to the same article. The movie stars Dave Bautista, 50 Cent, and Jaime King. Escape Plan 2: Hades was announced as the official title in March 2017. On June 29, 2018, the film was released as a direct-to-video release.
