Tiger Shroff, 8 years after his debut in acting with Heropanti’s Sajid Nadiadwala, takes the franchise forward with the sequel. This film marks Tiger’s first Eid release and there are only two days before release. There is plenty of activity in the exhibition sector. On Friday, the action-packed thriller will be released on 2500 screens across India. The distribution is equally distributed to single screens and multiplexes.
Sajid Nadiadwala opened partial advance bookings for Heropanti 2 on Sunday. The film is still available for pre-release and has already received an advance booking of Rs 3 crore from the three national chains, PVR, Inox, and Cinepolis. Heropanti has sold almost 15,000 tickets at the national chains in advance.
This will serve as the benchmark. All India bookings for Heropanti 2 are expected to be in the region of Rs 3.75- 4.00 crore. Non-national chains will contribute approximately 75 lakhs-1 crore to advance booking. Heropanti 2’s advance booking figures have surprised industry professionals as the initial response to advance tickets sales gives the film a chance at a strong opening.
After Baroda, Indore and Delhi, the national multiplex chains in Mumbai and Delhi received the highest response. We will be closely watching how the centres do for Heropanti 2. Walk-ins are encouraged to attend this commercial film, which is driven by action and features a big name such as Tiger. It will be shown in circuits like Rajasthan (CP) and CI (CI). Pinkvilla will provide extensive coverage of Heropanti’s Box Office 2.
