Social media influencer Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry, and seven others have been booked by the Jammu and Kashmir Police for allegedly consuming alcohol near the Vaishno Devi shrine.
According to ANI, an FIR has been registered against the group for drinking alcohol at a hotel in Katra, the base camp for the revered pilgrimage site. The police have taken action following reports that the accused violated religious sanctity in the area.
