Who was the Bigg Boss 1 winner?

Bigg Boss is an Indian television reality program that premiered in 2006 and has been skyrocketing in popularity ever since.

Bigg Boss 1 broadcasted on Sony Entertainment Television for 86 days, from 3 November 2006 to 26 January 2007. Unlike other versions of Big Brother, the Indian version features celebrities rather than ordinary people as housemates. Arshad Warsi, a Bollywood actor, hosted the event. Rahul Roy was declared the winner on January 26, 2007, and Carol Gracias was named the runner-up.

Rahul Roy, an Indian actor, producer, and former model, was born on February 9, 1968, and is best known for his work in Hindi films and television. Roy made his acting debut in Mahesh Bhatt’s 1990 movie Aashiqui, in which he co-starred alongside newcomer Anu Agarwal.
In Sudhakar Bokade’s love film Sapne Sajan Ke, he starred alongside Karishma Kapoor (1992). Roy has been given life membership in the Asian Academy of Film and Television’s International Film and Television Club.

Roy played Mahesh Bhatt’s character in Mahesh Bhatt’s autobiographical film Phir Teri Kahani Yaad Aayee in 1993, and Roy’s character is based on the filmmaker. The film marked Zee TV’s first foray into the mainstream. Roy then appeared in Vikram Bhatt’s directorial debut, Jaanam, in Bhatt’s production.

Roy has decided to pursue a career in filmmaking. On November 25, 2011, his firm, Rahul Roy Productions, launched its first film, Elaan, in Bihar. The major characters are Roy and Rituparna Sen.
