Nisha Kothari is currently happily married and lives in Delhi with her husband. In October 2016, Priyanka married Bhasker Prakash, a Delhi-based businessman. She, sometimes known as Nisha Kothari or Amoha, is a model and actress. She has acted in films from Bollywood, Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada. She has appeared in a number of Ram Gopal Varma films.
Priyanka Kothari is a West Bengal native. She migrated to New Delhi when she was in grade ten and graduated from Delhi University’s Dyal Singh College with a bachelor’s degree in physical science. Her father is a chemical businessman, and her mother is a stay-at-home mom, thus she picked chemistry. She studied Kathak for six years and took acting lessons from Kishore Namit Kapoor. For two years, she was in a relationship with Ibaad Rehman, which ended in 2012.
Following college, Kothari worked as a model, appearing in a number of commercials. She participated in the Chadti Jawani Meri Chaal Mastani Remix music video. After seeing her photos, actor Madhavan recommended her for an audition in his film in 2003, and she received her big break. She made her acting debut in the Tamil film Jay Jay, in which she played Amoga.
She made her Bollywood debut in the 2005 film Sarkar, followed by James later that year, both directed by Ram Gopal Varma and Rohit Jugraj. She is a member of the Asian Academy of Film and Television’s International Film and Television Club. Nisha Foundation was co-founded by her.
