Edward Thomas Hardy popularly known as Tom Hardy CBE is an English actor, producer, and former model who was born on September 15, 1977. He made his cinematic debut in Ridley Scott’s Black Hawk Down after studying acting at the Drama Centre London (2001). Since then, he’s been nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor, two Critics’ Choice Movie Awards, and two British Academy Film Awards, as well as winning the 2011 BAFTA Rising Star Award.
Venom: Let There Be Carnage is a 2021 American superhero film starring Venom from Marvel Comics, developed by Columbia Pictures in collaboration with Marvel. It is the second film in Sony’s Spider-Man Universe and the sequel to Venom (2018), and it is distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing.
Andy Serkis directs the picture from a script by Kelly Marcel, based on a story she co-wrote with Tom Hardy, who co-stars alongside Michelle Williams, Naomie Harris, Reid Scott, Stephen Graham, and Woody Harrelson as Eddie Brock / Venom. Brock tries to acclimate to life as the host of the alien symbiote Venom, while serial killer Cletus Kasady (Harrelson) escapes from prison after becoming the host of Carnage, Venom’s violent spawn.
Venom: Let There Be Carnage had its world debut on September 14, 2021, in London, and was distributed in theatres on October 1, 2021, in the United States. Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, it was postponed from its original October 2020 deadline.
The film has grossed over $443 million worldwide, making it the eighth highest-grossing picture of 2021. Critics have given it mixed reviews, while it is generally thought to be an improvement over its predecessor.
