Who is Sasi Kalinga?

Sasi Kalinga was a Malayalam actor who worked in India. He has appeared in films such as Paleri Manikyam: Oru Pathirakolapathakathinte Katha (2009), Pranchiyettan & the Saint (2010), Indian Rupee (2011), Adaminte Makan Abu (2011), and Amen (2013). He died in a private hospital in Kozhikode on April 7, 2020.

Sasi Kalinga attended St. Joseph’s Boys’ Higher Secondary School for his elementary schooling and graduated from Kerala Government Polytechnic College in Kozhikode with a diploma in car engineering.

Ranjith wrote and directed Paleri Manikyam: Oru Pathirakolapathakathinte Katha, a 2009 Indian Malayalam-language mystery film starring Mammootty, Shwetha Menon, and Mythili. It is based on T. P. Rajeevan’s novel of the same name, which tells the true story of Kerala’s first recorded murder case.

Ranjith Balakrishnan wrote and directed the 2011 Indian Malayalam satirical film Indian Rupee, which was produced by August Cinema. Prithviraj Sukumaran, Thilakan, Tini Tom, and Jagathy Sreekumar play pivotal parts in the movie.

Salim Ahamed wrote, directed, and co-produced Adaminte Makan Abu, a 2011 Indian Malayalam-language social drama film. Salim Kumar and Zarina Wahab lead in the film, which also features Mukesh, Kalabhavan Mani, Suraj Venjarammoodu, and Nedumudi Venu.

Amen is a 2013 Malayalam romantic comedy satire film directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery and written by P. S. Rafeeque. Fahadh Faasil, Indrajith Sukumaran, Kalabhavan Mani, Swathi Reddy, Rachana Narayanankutty, and Natasha Sahgal play key roles in the movie.
