In a recent interview, despite receiving criticism for Adipurush, director Om Raut expressed enthusiasm for Nitesh Tiwari’s widely awaited movie Ramayana.
Following the June 16 release of his film Adipurush, director Om Raut is presently experiencing negative feedback on social media. The public has been criticising the movie, which stars Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and Saif Ali Khan, for its subpar VFX and language. Om Raut has stated that he is eager to see Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana despite facing criticism.
After Adipurush’s flop, moviegoers are now anxiously anticipating Nitesh’s flick. Given that Ranbir and Alia may be viewed as Ram and Sita, the anticipation for the movie is at an all-time high. In a recent interview with India Today, Om expressed excitement for Nitesh’s Ramayana. He continued by describing Tiwari’s writing and directing as “phenomenal.” He stated: “Nitesh is a great director and a good friend of mine. I have seen his work. I have seen Dangal. It’s one of the finest films that our nation has made. Everything about the film – Aamir (Khan) sir, actors, Nitesh sir’s writings and his direction – I think that’s phenomenal. I am looking forward to the film like every Ram bhakt.”
Om continued, “As many films we make on Ramayana, Prabhu Shri Ram, and everything on Rama, I think we will all root for that film or any other film that anybody is making. It’s very important for us, it’s the greatest history of our country, it’s very important. We have to tell it as many times as we can, and as many people as possible should see the film.”
Alia was recently spotted with Nitesh Tiwari in the city, which only served to confirm the rumours. The new mother was recently heard being referred to as Sita by the paparazzi at the airport, which caused her to blush.
