Divya Khosla Kumar is a Bollywood actress, producer, and director from India. She has directed several commercials and has also appeared in several music videos. Bhushan Kumar, the chairman and managing director of T-Series, a music label and film production firm, is her husband.
Divya is Tulsi Kumar’s sister-in-law. Gulshan Kumar and Sudesh Kumari Dua raised Tulsi Kumar in a Punjabi Hindu home. She began modeling at the age of 18 and moved to Mumbai at the age of 20 to pursue a career in Bollywood, where she met Bhushan Kumar. She made her acting debut in the Telugu film Love Today in 2004. Divya made music videos for Agam Kumar Nigam, Jermaine Jackson, Tulsi Kumar, and a few ad films after completing a cinematography and editing course. Divya directed her first film, Yaariyan, in 2014, after directing 20 music videos.
Returning to acting in 2021, she will star alongside John Abraham in Satyameva Jayate 2, which is set to be released in 2021. Divya also choreographed five of the film’s tracks, including ‘Baarish,’ ‘Maa,’ ‘Love Me Thoda Aur,’ ‘Allah Wariya,’ and ‘Zor Lagake.’ Divya is also one of the producers of Ranbir Kapoor’s 2015 film Roy.
