Both Zoe, now 40, and Lily, now 31, claim that actor Chris Noth sexually attacked them. The two women, who approached The Hollywood Reporter months apart and do not know each other, said that promotional materials for HBO’s Max’s Sex and the City sequel series And Just Like That, in which Chris reprises his role as Mr. Big, brought back painful memories of incidents that occurred in Los Angeles in 2004 and New York in 2015. Christopher David Noth, popularly known as Chris Noth an American actor, was born on November 13, 1954. He is best known for his roles as NYPD Detective Mike Logan on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1990–95), Big on Sex and the City (1998–2004), and Peter Florrick on The Good Wife (2009–16) on television.
On Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2005–08), Chris resumed his character of Mike Logan, and in the films Sex and the City (2008) and Sex and the City 2 (2010), he reprised his role of Big (2010). In 1999, he was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Television Series for Sex and the City, and in 2010, he was nominated for The Good Wife.
For five years, Noth ‘went off-off-Broadway and worked as a terrible server in a dozen different restaurants.’ He was dismissed from several restaurants, once for failing to return Governor Hugh Carey’s credit card with the bill, and settled into bar mitzvahs and weddings as a caterer-waiter. While in the Circle Rep Lab, Noth became a member of Actors’ Equity.
Before starring in the low-budget Indonesian film Peluru Dan Wanita (Bullets & Women) in 1988, he had modest roles in films such as Smithereens (1982) and Baby Boom (1987). In 1986, he joined the cast of Hill Street Blues as ‘Christopher Noth,’ and he was billed as such. He also made an appearance in the film Another World.
