The creators of Brahmastra have released the first look at Amitabh Bachchan’s role from the film, which also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
Brahmastra is one of the most eagerly awaited movies of the year 2022. Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna Akkineni play key parts in the film. It’s supposed to be the first instalment of a planned trilogy. The film’s directors have now presented Amitabh’s first glimpse from the flick and introduced him as ‘Guru.’ Big B’s figure was also dubbed ‘The Wise Leader who carries the Prabhastra: The Sword of Light!’ by Ayan.
Big B is depicted wielding the sword of light on the billboard at the initial glance, and his face is also covered in wounds. Ayan shared the image with a lengthy caption that read: “GURU (and his Prabhāstra – The Sword of Light)Since my first meeting with Mr. Bachchan in 2016 to discuss Brahmāstra, he has always said that he loved the concept of this venture – Ancient Indian Astras which are protected in India Today! This blend of ancient Indian Spirituality and modern India – had really appealed to him, and to my great fortune, he agreed to be a part of Brahmāstra…And changed the destiny of our movie – by bringing his magnificent energy to our Guru – filling him with grace, wit and wisdom. So much excitement and respect in my heart today, as we launch our Guru Poster, and celebrate this collaboration with the Greatest of Indian Cinema!”
However, the trailer for Brahmastra was published a few days ago, giving a glimpse of the whole cast. They also said that the movie’s official trailer would be released on June 15. Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions is producing the film, which has been in the works since 2014. Brahmastra will be published in five Indian languages on September 9: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada.
