Crime Branch has already exposed the foreign transactions and illegal operations taking place from Raj Kundra’s company. Along with this, there was also talk of deleting the data from the company’s server.
11 people have been arrested in the pornography case including the IT head of Raj Kundra his company, So far.
Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra has also been questioned on this case.
Raj Kundra is in judicial custody for 14 days on July 27. Raj’s lawyer had filed an application for bail by the Bombay High Court. The hearing of which is now scheduled for August 20.
Raj Kundra has so far approached every court for bail but he has not been able to get bail yet. In this case, many actresses and models including Sherlyn Chopra, Poonam Pandey have made revelations about Raj Kundra. The Mumbai Sessions Court has rejected the anticipatory bail plea of Gehna Vashisht on August 12, ie Thursday itself.
On July 19, Raj Kundra was arrested by the Crime Branch of Mumbai Police for making adult movies. Along with Kundra, his associate and main accused Ryan Thorpe has also been arrested by the Mumbai Police.
