Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar recently tied the knot in presence of their family and friends. The couple had been dating since 2018. Now, a few days after their low-key wedding, Shibani has changed her name on Instagram, making it Shibani Dandekar-Akhtar.
According to Mrs. Akhtar’s new Instagram bio, she is now Shibani Dandekar-Akhtar on Instagram. Shibani and Farhan got hitched on February 19 in Khandala.
Her changes Instagram bio reads, “Producer, Presenter, Actress, Singer…MRS AKHTAR.”
A few days post their wedding, Shibani’s friend and designer Payal Singhal shared a photograph of Shibani applying Mehendi on Farhan’s hands. She wrote, “Big Love to my girl Shibs who is now a Mrs!! @shibanidandekar and @faroutahktar thank you for finding each other you guys are adorable together #twopeasinaod. Wish you two your forever happily ever after.”
Farhan and Shibani looked perfect as they stepped out for the first time after their wedding on February 21. While Shibani looked beautiful in a beige-colored saree, Farhan looked handsome as he complimented his ladylove in a gold-toned traditional outfit.
Their wedding guest list included celebrities like Rhea Chakraborty, Monica Dogra, Gaurav Kapur, Samir Kochhar, Amrita Arora, Ritesh Sidhwani, and Hrithik Roshan.
