Actor Karan Mehra and his wife Nisha Rawal, who became famous from house to house by playing the role of Naitik in the famous TV serial ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’, have been in the headlines for the past few months due to their relationship.
Nisha Rawal had lodged an FIR accusing Karan of domestic violence. She had also claimed to have an extra-marital affair with Karan. After which Karan was arrested by Mumbai Police. Later, Karan got bail. Karan said that Nisha is asking him for huge alimony. In this matter, now Nisha Rawal has put her point in an interview.
Karan had accused Nisha of saying that she had asked him for a huge amount in alimony which he cannot give. Nisha Rawal has said in a special conversation with Bombay Times that she has sent a mail to Karan from his lawyer in which she said that she does not want alimony but only the custody of her son. Nisha Rawal said that Kaveesh will be with me and Karan can come to meet him. But Karan does not agree with her on this point.
Nisha said that I do not want alimony which he cannot give. she has said in a special conversation with the Bombay Times we have made everything together. I started earning from a very young age and have always supported Karan. So what will they give me that I have not given them? Nisha Rawal told that they were with each other since Karan was not even a part of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai.
She told in this interview that Karan Mehra had also taken all her jewellery which she got in marriage. Nisha says that she has asked Karan to give back her jewellery as she has to start her life again. She told me that my mother’s property papers are also lying with her which I want back from her. Nisha Rawal said that I am not asking for anything for myself. I am an independent girl and I have to take care of myself and my son.
Along with this, Nisha said that recently it was my son’s birthday, on which Karan did not even call, but posted pictures of the gift on Kavish’s birthday on social media. I want to know why those gifts have not come to my son till now.
Karan Mehra and Nisha met in the year 2008 on the sets of the film Hansate-Laughs. Nisha was an actress in that film and the first meeting turned into love. After dating each other for many years, Karan Mehra proposed to Nisha for marriage on her birthday. After this, on 24 November 2012, both of them got married.
