Ranveer Singh is now making waves because to his forthcoming film Jayeshbhai Jordaar. The film is a social drama in which the Bajirao Mastani star plays a peculiar character. As fans impatiently await the release of Jayeshbhai Jordaar, the film’s creators have finally released the trailer, which has gone viral on social media. Surprisingly, the teaser was unveiled at a lavish ceremony where Ranveer spoke openly about his part in the film.
In an interview with the media, the Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram Leela actor described his Jayeshbhai Jordaar persona as “distinctive.” He also mentioned that he does a lot of study to get into character and try to bring something fresh to the table. “When you get a role, it is upon you how much you want to invest in it, and it is always been my endeavour to create distinctive roles. When a new character comes there should be a surprise element. I like that I am able to surprise my audience. Jayesh is a very distinctive character, and I am happy I got a chance to present a completely new facet,” Ranveer was quoted as saying and asserted that he is playing such a character for the first time in his career.
Maneesh Sharma, the film’s producer, has previously disclosed that he had offered Ranveer’s name for Jayeshbhai Jordaar. He added that the writing had always astonished him since it has such qualities. “I told Adi we should take the film to Ranveer, but he said he is busy and is working with the biggest directors in the country. But I insisted, so Ranveer heard the script, loved it and we are standing here today,” he added.
In addition to Ranveer, Shalini Pandey, Boman Irani, and Ratna Pathak Shah will appear in Jayeshbhai Jordaar. On May 13, the film will be released in theatres.
