Punjabi cinema is heading into a varied September release calendar, with Singh Vs Kaur 2 positioned as one of the month’s major commercial releases. The romantic comedy, starring Gippy Grewal and Shehnaaz Gill, is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on September 11, 2026.
Directed by Navaniat Singh, the film is a sequel to the 2013 Punjabi hit Singh Vs Kaur. Current promotional coverage describes the new instalment as a fresh story rather than a simple repetition of the original film’s formula.
