Seth Aaron Rogen, a Canadian actor, comedian, writer, and director was born on April 15, 1982. He began his career as a stand-up comedian in Vancouver before moving to Los Angeles for a role in Judd Apatow’s series Freaks and Geeks. He later landed a role on the sitcom Undeclared, where he also worked as a writer. Apatow steered Rogen toward a film career after getting a job as a staff writer on the final season of the Da Ali G Show. He was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Series while working as a staff writer. His last movie is Long Shot released in 2019.
Long Shot is a 2019 Hollywood romantic comedy movie directed by Jonathan Levine and written by Dan Sterling and Liz Hannah. The story follows a journalist (Seth Rogen) who reunites with his former babysitter, now the United States Secretary of State. O’Shea Jackson Jr.Andy Serkis, June Diane Raphael, Bob Odenkirk, and Alexander Skarsgård also star in the film.

On March 9, 2019, the film had its international premiere at South by Southwest, and Lionsgate distributed it theatrically in the United States on May 3, 2019. The movie garnered mostly excellent reviews and acclaim for Rogen and Theron’s chemistry, but it flopped at the box office. In late January 2018, scenes were shot in Cartagena, Colombia’s Plaza de la Trinidad. It was revealed in January 2019 that the film would be renamed Long Shot.
