Ananya Panday and Ayushmann Khurana have been extensively promoting their next, titled ‘Dream Girl 2’ which has been making waves for its interesting plotline. It also marks their first appearance together in a movie that is constantly receiving so much love. While everyone remains excited to see Ayushmann’s role and his craft, Ananya’s character outlines a strong, feisty and a vivacious person that makes and takes her own decisions. The film is set in the backdrop of the city of Mathura.
In the realm of cinema, the ability to adapt and portray diverse roles authentically is a hallmark of a true artist. Ayushmann recently in an interview shared his experience of shooting with Ananya Panday where he was all praises for her. He’s seen saying, “You know I was always thinking that she’s an urban girl, how will she get accustomed to the menu of Mathura city? But I think she adapted really well. We had a dialect coach Yash Chaturvedi and he helped us with the accent since every 10 kms the accent changes in our country. But she was bang on with the accent which is just great to be if you’re a Bombay girl, it’s difficult to catch those accents. So mein toh fir bhi hindi mein baat karta hoon hindi mein sochta hoon, so its easy for me, but I think she’s done a great job in the film.”
Ananya Panday is extremely meticulous and serious about the roles she takes up and delivers her best. Her work speaks volumes about her prowess by seamlessly fitting into the role of this small-town girl. We are excited to see this on the big screen!
