With only a few days left for its theatrical arrival, Priyadarshan’s crime thriller Haiwaan has dropped its title promotional track, Main Toh Nahi Haiwaan. The song went live on September 7, 2026, via Zee Music Company, giving the Akshay Kumar–Saif Ali Khan reunion another burst of pre-release heat ahead of the worldwide cinema release on September 11.
Composed by Pritam, with lyrics by Kumaar and vocals by Raghav Chaitanya, the groovy promotional number features Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan, Shriya Pilgaonkar and Saiyami Kher. The music video, directed and choreographed by Bosco Leslie Martis, leans into the film’s central face-off — hero versus “Haiwaan” — with a high-energy dance treatment rather than a straight thriller cut.
Sharing the track, Akshay Kumar wrote that the darkness now has a rhythm of its own, reminding fans that Haiwaan opens in cinemas on September 11. The title song follows earlier singles Mera Hero Hai Woh and Rangiyara, completing a three-track promotional push in the run-up to release.
Haiwaan reunites Akshay and Saif on the big screen for the first time since Tashan (2008). Directed by Priyadarshan, the film is a Hindi remake of his own 2016 Malayalam thriller Oppam, though the filmmaker has said the Hindi version is not a carbon copy. The ensemble also includes Boman Irani, Sharib Hashmi, Rajpal Yadav, Rajesh Sharma, Manoj Joshi and Pahal Chaudhary, with Mohanlal in a cameo and the late Asrani in what is reported as his final film appearance.

Narayana and Shailaja Desai Fenn under KVN Productions and Thespian Films, and distributed theatrically by Pen Marudhar, Haiwaan is positioned as an edge-of-the-seat suspense drama. With the title track now out and the countdown under a week, the focus shifts to whether the star reunion and Priyadarshan’s thriller craft can convert buzz into opening-day footfalls on September 11.
