ZEE5 has locked a firm digital date for Panchanama, a six-episode Telugu Original investigative thriller that begins streaming exclusively on Telugu ZEE5 from September 11, 2026. The platform has also put the official trailer in circulation, framing the series as a personal quest for truth that widens into a larger criminal conspiracy.
Bharath Srinivasan plays Jai Ram, a determined police officer who refuses to accept that deaths close to him were simple accidents. Official materials describe a case that starts with one loss and expands into a pattern of unexplained fatalities, concealed connections and a network skilled at making murder look like fate. As Jai reopens files already closed as accidental, forensic clues and buried family wounds pull him toward a conspiracy that puts both his investigation and his own past under pressure.
Mohan Srivatsa directs. The ensemble includes Shivaji Raja as Maruthi, Medha Reddy as Dharani, Charan Babu as Adhi, Rupa Lakshmi as Pushpavalli, Radhika Priti as Devaki, Surya as Hari and Srija as Divya. Midde Vijayendra Mouli and Udaya Bhanu produce under Udaya Bhanu Productions. Nagendra Pilla wrote the screenplay and dialogues (story credited to ZEE), with music by Naresh Kumaran, cinematography by Sandeep Kanth.N and editing by Srinivas Bainaboyina.
In platform remarks, ZEE5’s Lloyd C. Xavier positioned Panchanama as an investigative thriller rooted in a deeply personal search for justice — the kind of layered Telugu mystery the service believes its audience is hungry for. Producer Udaya Bhanu has likewise stressed the mix of procedural suspense and emotional stakes. The premiere sits on a busy September 11 South OTT slate, but Panchanama’s official ZEE5 backing and trailer push make it one of the clearer Telugu streaming bets of the week.
Mark it: Panchanama streams on Telugu ZEE5 from September 11, 2026.
